He ended up doing a mortgage for our first attempted purchase twice, as he told us we could get a better rate as the sale had gone on for a long time. Then that fell through and he did us a new mortgage on the next house at lightning speed! Adam helped me to remortgage when my fixed rate was coming to an end. He managed to save me money on my monthly payment whilst also shaving 3 years off the life of my mortgage, bringing it down to 16 years. I was kept informed and up to date at all times and barely needed to do anything besides providing my documents and signing a couple of forms. I can't recommend Adam highly enough and I will be certain to use his services again when I need another remortgage, or any protections, as he also recently increased my income protection whilst my payments stayed the same. 10/10!!!!
